What size venue should a first tour play here?
Most bands on a first run play venues under 300, like The Django, Reverie Room or Departed Soles Brewing Company. Theaters usually come through a promoter, often as a support slot on a bigger band’s tour. See the small venues.

How are the venues ranked?
By band reviews. Each review rates sound, load in, hospitality and getting paid from 1 to 5, and a venue’s score is the average across its reviews. Venues nobody has reviewed yet are listed by name. A review marked “Show confirmed by tour data” was written from a link the band’s tour app sent after the show, so the venue and the date come from the band’s own tour plan.
